When Titanic was released, I heard for the first time that some fanatic folks were going watching the movie five or six times while in the theaters.
Since then I have never understood how some folks, like my buddy Teymur, could possibly go watching a movie several times. He watched Ep.7 three times and totally could not understand why.
Until today.
I watched the Hateful 8 last week in a standard movie theater, not knowing that there was a 70mm Ultra Panavision roadshow screening in Vienna. So today I went watching the movie again with the celebrated ultra wide format.
It was majestic. Never had such a great experience in a movie theater. I’m seriously considering to go watching it for the third time next week.
So many more details in the plot, in the story, in the images.
Totally worth it!
