On the fist video featuring Terry Moore at TED you’ll learn how to make a better knot to your shoes. It works best with nylon round laces, but once you get used to it, you’ll just use it with every kind of shoe and laces.

The second video shows how to use the extra hole on your shoes to better lock the shoe in place and avoid blisters during your sport activities.
