My first batch of cookies

My friend Camilla suggested me a recipe for chocolate cookies, last week. I took some time during this weekend to proceed with my first attempt at it. The difficult part was to convert to decimal weight/volume, all that imperial mumba-jumba cups/spoons/whatever units.

Past that, it was all fine and the result was delicious.

If you want to try yourself, here the original recipe and these are the converted measures:

  • 156g all purpose flour
  • 40g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4g teaspoon baking soda
  • 155g unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 133g light brown sugar
  • 31g sugar
  • 2g teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 6g vanilla extract
  • 141g bittersweet chocolate, chopped into chips
