My friend Camilla suggested me a recipe for chocolate cookies, last week. I took some time during this weekend to proceed with my first attempt at it. The difficult part was to convert to decimal weight/volume, all that imperial mumba-jumba cups/spoons/whatever units.
Past that, it was all fine and the result was delicious.
If you want to try yourself, here the original recipe and these are the converted measures:
- 156g all purpose flour
- 40g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4g teaspoon baking soda
- 155g unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 133g light brown sugar
- 31g sugar
- 2g teaspoon fine sea salt
- 6g vanilla extract
- 141g bittersweet chocolate, chopped into chips
