Employee 2.0: from traditional to distributed customer relations – 9 feb 2011 Rome

Next week I’ll have the pleasure to be in Rome to attend one of the most waited events in the Italian Internetsphere: the Social Media Week Rome.

The discussion panel

I’m going to be part of a discussion panel about new customers and empowered employees. I’ll share the stage with Giovanni Boccia Artieri, Stefano Epifani, Alberto Marinelli and Matteo Menin. The panel is moderated by Alessio Jacona and will take place in Rome, at Palazzo Giannelli Viscardi, on february the 9th 2011 at 10AM, don’t miss it!
