Diversity and Inclusion at Automattic

In 2014 we started to work, as a company, on facilitating spaces for discussions about diversity at A8c. And at the 2016 annual gathering of all of our employees across 57 countries, we decided to share with the rest of the world what we are doing about diversity and inclusion here. Because we want you to think about working with us.
