There is a Restaurant in Bologna, Italy, that every time impresses me because they do everything right.
The food is simple, cheap, and delicious. The service is nice. The place is clean. There are no TV screens (like in many other restaurant) distracting from the quality of the dishes. They also have WiFi, and the password is well printed on the menu.
Every time I pass nearby Bologna, I try to fit a visit in my schedule. In more than ten year they were able to expand the business, staying true to their soul.
It’s highly recommended, if you are near Bologna, it’s a place to go.
