14 years apart

I took these two pictures 14 years apart. The first one was taken in 2002 when I was connecting in Frankfurt on my way to Los Angeles. It was my first around the world trip and I was young and naive.

The second one was taken just a few minutes ago, in the very same tunnel, connecting to Dublin for a couple of weeks exploring Ireland. 

I’m older now, but not less naive.
